Also, just to update my workout for lean muscle.
I've been doing Reverse benchpress pyramids @ 115 pounds x 20 reps, 95 pounds x 20 reps, 75 pounds x 20 reps, 55 pounds x 20 reps, and 45 (bar) x RTF.
Also, doing incline flies @ 20 pounds x 4 sets x 20 reps and on the fourth set I do RTF.
Reverse flies @ 30 pounds x 4 sets x 20 reps fourth is also RTF.
Pull ups wide-grip with a slight assist, because I don't have a bar, I use my benchpress bar with weighting for more stability. 3 sets RTF each set.
Curls @ 30 pounds x 5 sets x 16 reps fifth set is RTF.
Skullcrushers @ 40 pounds x 4 sets x 16 rep fourth set is RTF.
Shoulder Press @ 30 pounds per dumbbell x 2 sets each x 16 last set is RTF.
Daltoid front and side lift @ 20 pounds per dumbbell x 3 sets x 16 reps per set third is RTF.
The rest of my body I workout with plyometrics, isometrics, or aerobic exercise. Thank you for reading.

Therefore, I apologize. I have some great news, though! I ran a 7 minute 30 second mile today in the rain, while on the phone for a minute, limiting my breath. I feel pretty successful today, actually. I am a bit proud, not gonna lie.

Isn't it grand how great friends are.
When people are only there for you when either you absolutely beg them to be, or you have something to offer them. This is another thing that I absolutely DESPISE. If you wish to piss me off, act like you're my friend for a while, until I actually need you to be my friend, then completely abandon me. Honestly, if someone asks me to hang out, I'm not going to ditch them over some stupid excuse, or just completely ignore them, because I know how it feels to be the person who is left out, or forgotten about, not saying that is me all the time, but, since I have been put in that position time and time again, I'm not going to make someone feel like that by any means. It really does hurt to be the one who is left out, especially when you know your friends are hanging out without you. Maybe I'm just a bad person who deserves it, I don't know. I don't have an excuse for it, because I don't say I can't hang out over something, even though it is clear that I can.
All I'm saying is, when you're asked to hang out, don't give someone a bullshit excuse just because you don't want to. Be straight up with them, or be a friend. That is my advice.
