What is the most effective

Cardio exercise that you've ever done, both combining weight resistance, or isometric resistance. Muscle building, and stamina building. Fat burning, and effective.

  2. Haha, it's not about weight, it's about being healthy! To be blunt, being skinny doesn't mean you're entirely healthy.

  4. Just make sure you're eating plenty of vegetables, antioxidants is a lot of your immune system, and antibodies.
